The Vancouver Sun

The Dirty Apron pitches in to help underprivileged children of Cambodia by doing what they do best.
They’re hosting a four-course dinner for Reign Foundation, a charity that helps educate and support these children. It provides kids and their families with tools and school materials, uniforms, bicycles and home visits.
Board member and Dirty Apron chef David Robertson will be cooking with love. The menu features lemon chive risotto with lobster medallion, braised beef short ribs over caramelized onion, and truffle ravioli.
Tickets to the dinner are $75  per person and the event will be held at  Federico’s Supper Club on Commercial Drive.  The full menu can be viewed and tickets can be purchased through the Reign Foundation website at www.reignfoundation.com/eattoeducate/
